MARGO INGRAM EDWARDS

Margo Ingram‑Edwards joined The Ingram Group in 2017 following her time as a small business owner and operator in Knoxville, Tennessee. Her entrepreneurial background, along with a lifelong window into the inner workings of the business, laid a strong foundation for her transition into the dynamic, fast‑paced, and strategic environment of The Ingram Group.

As the firm’s Managing Member, Margo plays a central role in shaping organizational direction and dedicates herself to the long‑term health and success of the company. She provides strategic oversight across all functions of the business—guiding decision‑making, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring that the firm’s mission, vision, and values are consistently upheld. Her leadership includes supervising operational processes, strengthening internal systems, and helping the team maintain its reputation for excellence, responsiveness, and high‑quality client service. Margo is deeply committed to fostering a collaborative, efficient, and forward‑thinking environment where both team members and clients thrive.

In addition to her responsibilities as Managing Member, Margo also serves as Executive Assistant to the Group’s Founder, working closely with him to maintain alignment between his vision and the firm’s daily operations.

One of Margo’s greatest passions is her work as the Group’s in‑house Graphic Designer. Blending her creative background with the firm’s strategic goals, she produces visually compelling materials that help the business and its clients communicate ideas clearly and effectively. Her work ranges from one‑pagers for Hill days and convention reports to PowerPoint presentations, logos, event branding, websites, infographics, and more. Margo enjoys transforming complex concepts into clean, visually engaging pieces that support clients' advocacy, branding, and communication efforts.

A proud Knoxville native, Margo graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2014 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time on the lake, renovating homes with her husband, and being with her little kids and big dog.
