Garrett Johnson recently joined the time after working in Governor Bill Haslam’s office as a Legislative Liaison and as his Deputy Director for Legislation. In these roles, he helped manage a network of over 40 agency liaisons to effectively communicate the administration’s position on legislation and assisted in the passage of the Governor’s legislative agenda in the General Assembly. Prior to working in the Haslam administration, Garrett served in then House Majority Leader Gerald McCormick’s office as his Policy and Research Analyst. Garrett received his undergraduate degree in Government & Public Administration from Lipscomb University and his J.D. from Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama.
