Beecher Frasier, a veteran of federal and state public policy, joined The Ingram Group in early 2014 as a principal. Before joining as a principal, Beecher served as Chief of Staff to U.S. Congressman Lincoln Davis of Tennessee’s fourth congressional district. While working for Congressman Davis, Beecher was active in the Blue Dog Coalition, an alliance of common sense, pro-business House democrats. A skilled campaigner, he took a six month leave of absence from his post in Davis’ office to run former Congressman Harold Ford Jr.’s competitive 2006 race for U.S. Senate. Beecher brings significant experience in public policy, leadership, communications, strategic messaging, and fundraising to the Group. His areas of expertise include education policy, energy policy, the nuclear weapons complex, appropriations, and non-profits. Beecher’s knowledge, experience, and skill will benefit a wide range of client relationships. Beecher began his career as an intern in the Tennessee General Assembly and advanced to legislative assistant before being offered the chief of staff position with Congressman Davis. More recently, Beecher served as a contract consultant for Paramount Strategies, a government relations and strategic planning firm, and as President/CEO of Ezell Harding Christian School.
